We will gladly return any non-personalized item if you are not happy with it within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you. If you have a personalized item, most likely we can not accept a return, so please make sure you do not make any mistakes when typing us personalization on your order.
-For clothing, it must be unworn with tags.
-If you do need to make a return, please contact us first only because some items get shipped to different locations. We use several warehouses and we want to make sure your return is routed properly to ensure a quick refund to you. Please fill out the "contact us" form on our site. -If your product is damaged, we can gladly get an exchange out quickly. Please contact us for the exchanage - and please have your order number there so we can easily locate and set up the return.
